Data collected and purposes
The contact and project inquiry forms may collect your name, email, phone number, company, current website, needs, budget, timeline, and message in order to answer your request and prepare a possible service. The review form collects your name, email, role, rating, and comment to moderate and, with your consent, publish your review. Hashed technical identifiers related to the IP address and browser are also used for security and to prevent spam and duplicates.
Legal bases
Contact and project inquiries are processed to take pre-contractual steps at your request. Publishing a review is based on your consent. Form security, abuse prevention, and the retention of necessary evidence are based on the legitimate interest in protecting the website and its users.
Recipients and providers
Data is available only to authorized VORZIX personnel and, to the extent required for their services, to Supabase (database), Vercel (hosting), and Cloudflare (anti-spam protection). Depending on the technical region used by these providers, processing outside the European Economic Area may occur under the applicable contractual safeguards or adequacy decisions.
Retention period
Requests are retained for the time needed to process and follow them up, then only for the periods required to evidence a relationship or comply with a legal obligation. A review is retained while it remains published or is needed for moderation. Security data is limited to the period needed to prevent abuse. Deletion may be requested at any time, subject to applicable legal obligations.
Security
Database access is restricted, and public forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to detect automated submissions. Turnstile may process technical data and set a cookie strictly required for this verification; VORZIX does not use this information for advertising.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing, and withdraw your consent to the publication of a review. Write to ibrahim.vignes@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the French Data Protection Authority (CNIL).
VORZIX does not sell your personal data or disclose it to third parties for commercial prospecting.
Cookies
The website currently uses no advertising cookies or audience measurement tool. Only cookies or storage strictly necessary for operation and security may be used.
- NEXT_LOCALE stores the selected language for one year so the correct version of the website can be displayed.
- Cloudflare Turnstile may set a technical cookie when contact, review, or project inquiry forms are used.
These technical items do not require consent when they are strictly necessary. If a non-exempt advertising or measurement tool is added later, it must remain blocked until the user makes a choice, and this page will be updated.
